As someone who has personally had burnout from 14 years working in education then navigated the misdiagnoses, pain and lack of empathy in the health care system, I bring a deep understanding and unique perspective to our work. My extensive research and training in holistic health care methods, combined with my certification as a life coach and training as a psychodynamic counsellor,
I provide a comprehensive and compassionate approach that transcends conventional stress relief techniques.

I was not sure what to expect but hoped that I would learn a bit more about how to reduce stress and anxiety, as well as having some time to focus on my own wellbeing. The program was laid out really well. I liked the format of the live call - some time to catch up, some direct input, then the meditation/mindfulness session at the end. I accessed some of the online material also, and found this useful. I identified exercise/health as being an area for improvement. The program was a major factor in enabling me to plan how I could do this in a way that was manageable for me, and also for supporting me to stick with it. There have also been some deeper changes, although these are at more of a preliminary stage. This course has helped me to change my outlook on life. I am now prioritising myself and my own health and wellbeing much more and feel more comfortable implementing boundaries for self-care.

Praise for one off sessions.....
I felt safe and was reassured by Sam’s comforting words. I trusted in Sam’s guidance in what was a deep release. The matter I was releasing was a deeply embedded pattern which has had a very strong influence on my life. I was quite vague about the matter. Sam helped me to get to the root of the cause and be very specific and precise with what it was I wanted to release.
Sam was patient and thorough as we worked through the pattern. I felt deep emotions rise to the surface, I was aware I needed to allow this to naturally arise. Sam gave me space to allow me to process. Sam constantly checked in with me to see where I was at, how I was feeling, this allowed me to go deeper into my emotions.
There was such a deep release I identified another pattern that was beneath the original one so we released this too. I felt an energetic release and a space opened up within my being as this energy lifted from me.
As we ended the session Sam gave me aftercare guidance, which ensured I felt safe to end the session. I felt a big clearing in my life as a result of the session I realise I needed to continue owning my process with follow up work. Thank you Sam.

I’m a hyper sensitive with trauma and safety is really important to me, Sam has a capacity to understand how fried I get with an overload of information. She held space energetically for me in a really practical way. As an empath and creative that can really get lost in a project, Sam is a bridge to bringing my ideas into a grounded reality drawing out the best in me. She is slow, steady and gentle there is so much mindfulness in what she is offering. I feel it’s something that over time I will be able to do for myself.
