Calm Up is a mixed modality approach, it’s a broader deeper look at your own inner world so you can activate your own calm,
it doesn’t mean that life wont feel busy but that you’ll always feel centred no matter what is happening

Rather than pushing down and suppressing your feelings which is what happens when you are told to calm down,

Calm Up starts within, we go to the source of the feelings and discomfort in our body and start from there. 
This also what happens when we use external sources to escape from the discomfort,
we push down the feelings which can lead to overwhelm or not feeling anything at all.

You know when you are not sure what it is you need but you would do anything to ease the discomfort?

So you go searching for something to fill the void, you do all the different courses and healing workshops, thinking that might work,
but every time it just ends up being something you don’t know how to implement. You start to feel lost and not sure what to do.

You may even be filling that unease with binge watching TV, buying stuff you don’t really need,
numbing yourself with drugs or alcohol, or even doing yoga all the time in an effort to just feel some calm.

We often find it difficult to sit with uncomfortable feelings when we don’t know what they are leading to, so we use external sources to try to cover them up.

Learn to activate your calm whatever your surroundings, you don’t need to sit in a cave and meditate or be on a yoga mat all day, your Calm is within. 
You can feel more comfortable and at ease and have confidence in the choice you make.

You don’t need all the spiritual accessories, you just need more of you.

Calm Up is not about negating or diluting what is going on in your life, its about finding that place within all of us that is calm and using that to radiate out everywhere. 
It’s not about hitting a panic button as we can’t cope anymore, its about hitting an action button.
The calmer we are the more present we are, we can feel more connected to our relationships, our goals and ourselves. 

Calm is not just for other people, it’s also for you, it’s in all of us and you can access it too.

I felt safe and was reassured by Sam’s comforting words. I trusted in Sam’s guidance in what was a deep release. The matter I was releasing was a deeply embedded pattern which has had a very strong influence on my life. I was quite vague about the matter.
